The practice is a member of Wallasey Wellbeing Primary Care Network (PCN)
PCN's were created in 2019 to bring together groups of practices covering around 50,000 patients in order to share best practice, pool resources and work to improve the health not just of our patients but of the entire population in our area.
Dr.Paul Wilson and Dr. Richard Dufton are the Clinical Directors of the PCN and they work closely with the other practices in the area as well as other PCN's on the Wirral.
One of the main advantages of working as a PCN is that we have been able to employ additional staff who we would not previously have been able to. These staff include:
First contact physiotherapists
Pharmacists
Social prescribers
Care coordinators
Nurse associates
