Entrances
The main entrance has automatic sliding doors and a ramp with handrails for easy access.
An alternative entrance is available a short distance along Grove Road, featuring a very gradual incline (without handrails).
Parking
There is no on-site parking; however, street parking is usually available immediately outside the practice on Grove Road and along St George’s Road opposite.
Inside the Practice
Step-free access is available throughout the ground floor, where the majority of patient services are provided.
Corridors and doorways are wide enough for wheelchair users.
The reception desk includes a lowered section for easier interaction.
Waiting room seating includes chairs with armrests for additional support.
Accessible Facilities
An accessible toilet is available, equipped with grab rails and an emergency pull cord.
Additional Support
Patients can request assistance on arrival.
A hearing loop is available at reception.
Our staff are trained to provide support for patients with accessibility needs.
