The Village Medical Centre welcomes new patients. To register, call into the surgery and complete a registration form at reception. You will need the details of your old doctor and you own personal details.
All patients over 5 are offered a new patient medical with the nurse which is a general health check including blood pressure and medication check. This is a good time to get up to date with any outstanding medical problems.
