In every surgery some appointments can be booked up to two weeks in advance and some become available on the day for people who need to see a doctor the same day. We ask that you be considerate in your use of the system by booking ahead as much as possible so that you leave the appointments on the day for when people become suddenly ill and need more urgent attention.
Every surgery also has some telephone consultation appointments and you can arrange at reception for a doctor to ring you back either in the morning or the evening. The doctor cannot give a specific time as this will depend on face to face consultations on the day, but please make sure you are by a working phone to receive the call so that you don't miss it.
