Nurse Michelle Lowry-Bartram (f)

Michelle qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 1995 at John Moores University. She has worked in a variety of settings including medical assessment units, burns and plastics, surgical and renal, before moving into general practice in January 2014. Michelle has experience in all areas of practice nursing:-

  • Cytology
  • Dementia Reviews
  • Diabetes
  • Dressings
  • Respiratory and Chronic Disease Management
  • Travel Vaccinations


Nurse Daina Ireland (f)

Daina trained as a nurse at Liverpool John Moore’s , qualifying as a Registered General Nurse in 2007.
Daina’s first post following qualification was as a staff nurse at The Liverpool Womens, then going on to work on the Intensive Care Unit at The Royal Liverpool Hospital.  After 7 years, she moved into General Practice in 2015.
Daina has a wealth of practical experience in all aspects of Practice Nursing. In addition, she has continued her professional development in areas such as:-

  • Childhood Immunisations

  • Cytology

  • Dressings

  • Respiratory and Chronic Disease Management

  • Travel Vaccinations

Paula Knowles

Paula has been working as a HCA 2006, during which time she has worked in many surgeries in the area. Paula joined the Practice in 2015 and is able to do:-

  • Blood Pressure
  • B12 Injections
  • ECG’s
  • New Patient Registrations
  • Ear syringes
  • Foot checks for Diabetic Patients
  • Spirometry
  • NHS Health Checks
  • Simple Dressings
  • Minor Surgery
